Ingredients:

300 gr rice
one middle sized carrot julienned
one middle sized onion finely chopped
500-700 gr boneless chicken
salt, black pepper, fresh ginger, turmeric, cumin to taste.
50-70 ml veg oil
200 ml water

Method:
Mix all the ingredients
Put in a cooking bag
Cook in a preheated oven at 200C (390 F) for 35-40 mins
