DJI Mini 3 Pro Poor Range and Signal Strength Issues (But Not Everybody)

I have been flying my DJI Mini 3 for about a week now and I have experienced some really poor range and signal strength on every single flight. I am flying the North American FCC version. There are many others that have been reporting this as well but not everybody is experiencing this. Some are having really good results. In this video you can see I do a quick range test and in a rural area, I was only able t get 2700 meters before disconnection. In the city at every location, I fly I am getting disconnected at 200 to 400 meters.
