I fix this fuser unit by applying G8050 fuser grease lubricant to the inside of the sleeve. Long process, but no longer than 1 hour. Well worth it. For Brother MFC-8510DN, MFC-8710DW, MFC-8810DW, MFC-8910DW, MFC-8950DW and all other Brother Laser printers that use TN-720 or TN-750 toner cartridges, including HL series printers as well.
