This fully edible creation is my take on a blend between an Espresso Martini and a Tiramisu. It's composed of an Espresso Martini soaked lady finger sponge base, a soft milk chocolate cremeux, a layer of dark chocolate crispy pearl and a duo of coffee and vanilla mascarpone mousse. The glass is crafted out of sugar and all of the decorative elements out of colored white chocolate. Who wants to try this one?
