A lot of thought and details went into this Rosée Champagne & Strawberry Dessert! 🎀
It is composed with a bubbly champagne jelly, a fresh strawberry compote, a strawberry whipped ganache, a crunchy sable breton base. In the pump are hidden some rose pralines (pink caramelized almonds) and the cords are made from champagne marshmallow.
