Cinnamon Roll VS Sticky Buns

For this video, I was so happy to work on American classic breakfast pastries with my personal French spin on it. The cinnamon roll is composed of a cinnamon spiced laminated dough, a cinnamon syrup, a vanilla cream cheese filling, and a cinnamon almond cream sponge. It is topped with more vanilla cream cheese, speculoos powder and genuine 18 carat gold flakes. The sticky bun is composed of a pecan laminated dough, a caramel diplomate cream, a caramel pecan praliné, a spiral of soft vanilla caramel, and is topped with some crunchy pecan bites and gold flakes as well!
