I dug into my childhood memories to create this playful replicate of my grandmother's coffee grinder! It's composed with a crunchy chocolate sable, a coffee financier sponge, a soft coffee cremeux, an old school coffee praline and a light chocolate mousse. all the decorative elements were crafted out of dark chocolate.
