Will it tanghulu? Watch to find out! Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 1 cup water wooden skewers 1. Combine sugar and water over medium-high heat and don't stir. 2. Allow to heat to 300 F or about 150 C, then turn off heat and dip your fruits or other food into the liquid. 3. Immediately plunge into a cold water bath to harden the sugar and enjoy! 4. To clean your pan, add water and boil over high heat. Repeat once or twice and your sugar will dissolve from the edges of your pan! DO NOT try to scrape it off.
