This recipe is so easy, you never have to buy fudge again. Ingredients: 3 cups (600 grams) granulated sugar 3/4 cups (170 grams) butter 2/3 cups (168 grams) evaporated milk 12 oz bittersweet chocolate chips 7 oz marshmallow fluff 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup (240 grams) peanut butter 1 cup (125 grams) confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter Instructions: 1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment. 2. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. 3. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat when it reaches 234 Fahrenheit. 4. Immediately stir in chocolate chips until melted and well combined. 5. Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract. Fully combine and set aside. 6. In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and melted stick of butter. 7. Swirl peanut butter mixture into fudge. Try to get a nice pattern. Add optional salt on top. 8. Transfer fudge to parchment-lined pan and let cool for 2 hours. 9. Slice and enjoy!
