This one is by far the most nerve-racking showpiece I've ever made, aside from a tiny metal hook on the top of it, this chocolate chandelier was crafted 100% out of chocolate. It weighs 40lbs and has a 3ft diameter. It was one of my favorite challenge for School Of Chocolate on Netflix!
