This fully edible basket was crafted with 100% dark chocolate, it took a lot more skills than I thought and even more patience...
In the basket I have decorated my classic egg dessert in the colors of Easter. They are composed of a mango compote and passion fruit cremeux center, a light coconut mousse and a thin white chocolate shell!
The bow and the hay are made out of white chocolate!
