This creation holds a special place in my heart! A gigantic, fully edible chocolate watch. It’s a tribute to my Swiss heritage, where watchmaking and chocolate are both national treasures. The intricate precision required to make every element fit together perfectly made this one of the most technically challenging projects I’ve tackled in a long time. But the result? A stunningly realistic timepiece crafted entirely from chocolate. There was no better model to replicate out of chocolate than the #Freak from @UlysseNardinOfficial !
