Sweet Burger!

This pastry burger is a true illusion! Every single layer is carefully crafted to look like a savory burger but made entirely from sweet, fruity elements. The buns are almond macarons, the salad is passionfruit modeling chocolate, and the tomatoes are poached mango slices in cranberry syrup. The patty combines an exotic compote with vanilla coconut whip and a crunchy dark chocolate coating, while the ‘cheese’ is a passionfruit and mango jelly. The ketchup is a cranberry and strawberry reduction, and the pickles are fresh kiwi jelly. Of course, I couldn’t resist creating a chocolate burger box to complete the experience.
