Featuring raspberry sponge, crémeux, fresh raspberry and yuzu compote, and a light raspberry pastry cream, each one is finished with my latest technique "hot water dip" to achieve an incredibly realistic look. Presented in traditional French cardboard containers, meticulously crafted from chocolate of course.
