This one is massive!
It took 4 days to create this 6ft tall elephant composed with milk and dark chocolate during one of my Chocolate Showpiece Masterclass at the Academy.
These showpiece are made for educational purposes and are afterward displayed permanently in a controlled room temperature for our students to examine.
