This is the latest addition to my citrus slice collection. It is composed of a crunchy layer of almond streusel, moist grapefruit sponge, fresh grapefruit compote, citric grapefruit foam, and a soft grapefruit cremeux, all in a pink shiny citric jelly! As usual, all of the decorative elements are crafted out of white chocolate! This is the perfect sweet for a summer craving!
