Watch to the end to see the ultimate wagyu burger! Pretzel Bun Recipe: 2 cups warm milk (110 F) 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 F) 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp active dry yeast 1 tbsp sugar or honey 7 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup baking soda Salt (to taste) 1. Combine milk, water, vegetable oil, yeast, and sugar. Rest 10-15 minutes. 2. While whisking, add flour. Knead until well combined and smooth, about 8 minutes. You may have to add a bit more flour to hit that right consistency. 3. Add to greased bowl and cover with a damp kitchen towel to rest. 4. Cut into balls and shape into buns. Rest again for 15 minutes. 5. Add baking soda and salt to boiling water and cook your buns 30 seconds or so on each side. 6. Use a sharp knife to quickly slit the top of your buns. Be creative with the designs! 7. Add to baking sheet (with parchment or silipat) at 425 Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes. 8. Slice and enjoy.
