Snapper Sushi

This fish travelled 9,000 miles to get to my kitchen! The recipe for my snapper sushi is as follows: Ingredients: 1 Snapper or Sushi Fish 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Mirin 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Applewood smoking chips 5 sheets Nori 2 cups cooked Sushi Rice Cucumber (optional) Japanese Mayo Furikake 1. Fillet fish and cut into thin strips. 2. Smoke with applewood or another flavor of chips in a sealed bowl with mirin, soy sauce, and sesame. 3. Roll sushi as usual and add whatever other toppings you might like. I used cucumber, Japanese mayo and Furikake.
