This video is my first ever collaboration! It was so much fun creating this milk chocolate skateboard ramp and functional fingerboard snack with the legend, Tony Hawk! I think this means I'm cool now. The snack is made out of two crunchy layers of vanilla sablé, a salted soft vanilla caramel, a delicious pecan/almond praliné, and a caramelized white chocolate coating.
