This creation is a fully edible chocolate notebook concealing my Caramel Apple Cake recipe inside. Under the first page lies the real cake itself, layered with vanilla mousse, caramelized apple, soft vanilla caramel, almond cinnamon sponge, and cinnamon streusel. The set is completed with a handcrafted chocolate pencil and a raspberry marshmallow eraser.
