On Friday, a historic and rare entry took place to the tomb of Rav Ashi, one of the great Talmudic sages, located near the Israel-Lebanon border. For many years, access to the site was impossible due to security tensions. However, following recent developments after the latest war in the north, a special entry was finally allowed. Dozens of worshippers arrived with deep emotion for a special prayer at this sacred site. They lit candles, recited Psalms, and prayed for blessings. The visit was coordinated under heavy security due to the sensitive nature of the area. This moment marks a significant historical event, as the tomb of Rav Ashi is considered one of the most important burial sites of Talmudic scholars.
