#חב"ד #צפת #הרב_וילשנסקי חב"ד בצפת משיגה הישג חסר תקדים: קמפיין התרמה עולמי בשיא חדש בשבוע האחרון, ישיבת חב"ד בצפת, הישיבה הגדולה ביותר במסגרת חסידות חב"ד, השיגה הישג יוצא דופן עם קמפיין התרמת ההמונים הגדול אי פעם. הקמפיין נערך בשנת השנה לפטירתו של ראש הישיבה הנערץ, הרב יוסף יצחק וילשאנסקי זצ"ל, מחברי קהילת "שלוחי הרבי" של הרבי מלובאוויטש. עד כה, נאספו יותר מ‑93 מיליון שקלים, והצפי הוא כי סך התרומות יגיע אפילו ל‑100 מיליון שקלים. כדי לעודד את הציבור להשתתף, הקימה הישיבה הגרלה ייחודית בין התורמים, הכוללת פרסים כמו דולרים לברכה שהוענקו מהרבי מלובאוויטש, מפות וחפצים נוספים ששימשו את הרבי עצמו. מעבר לתלמידי הישיבה ובוגריה, שהיו חלק מהתרומות, קמפיין זה משך אליו גם תורמים נוספים מקרב יהודים ששבו בתשובה בהשפעת תלמידי הישיבה. הנהלת הישיבה מציינת כי בשל היותה הישיבה הגדולה ביותר של חב"ד בעולם, היא מהווה "מרכז עולמי" להכשרת שלוחים. תלמידי הישיבה משמשים כשלוחי הרבי ורבנים ברחבי העולם, ועזרו להחזיר יהודים רבים למסורת היהודית. הקמפיין הוגבר על ידי אירוע רב משתתפים, שבו כ‑2,000 חסידי חב"ד התכנסו בבנייני האומה בירושלים לערב התוועדות חסידית מיוחדת ולזכרו של ראש הישיבה זצ"ל, שנפטר בגיל 74 בחודש אדר האחרון. הרב וילשאנסקי עמד בראשות הישיבה במשך כמעט חמישים שנה, והקים בנוסף מוסדות חינוך נוספים בצפת, בנוף הגליל ובחיפה. באירוע השתתפו בוגרי הישיבה, רבנים, שלוחים, משפיעים, חברי כנסת ושרים, בהם הגאון הרב חיים יצחק אייזיק לנדא, שכיהן בעבר בראש הישיבה בצפת. בעקבות צוואתו של ראש הישיבה להרחיב את מוסדות החינוך, הודיעו בניו והנהלת הישיבה על הרחבת הישיבה הגדולה ל‑1,000 תלמידים והישיבה הקטנה ל‑500 תלמידים בשנים הקרובות. הרב אליעזר וילישיאנסקי, אחד מבניו של הרב ומי שמונה להמשיך את דרכו בצפת, קרא לכל אוהדי הישיבה לתמוך בהתרחבות והחזקת מוסדות החינוך של חב"ד בצפת, מהם יצאו רבבות תלמידים ששירתו כשלוחי חב"ד ברחבי העולם. גם ראש הישיבה הנוכחי, הרב מאיר וילישיאנסקי שליט"א, פנה לכל תלמידי הישיבה, בוגריה וחובבי החסידות להירתם למען המשך פיתוח הישיבה. Chabad in Tzfat Achieves Historic Milestone: Record-Breaking Global Fundraising Campaign Last week, Chabad Yeshiva in Tzfat, the largest yeshiva within the Chabad movement, reached an unprecedented milestone with the largest crowd-funded campaign ever conducted. The campaign took place in the year following the passing of the esteemed Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Vilshansky z”l, a member of the Rebbe’s “Shluchim” network. So far, donations have exceeded 93 million shekels, with projections suggesting that the total could reach 100 million shekels. To encourage participation, the yeshiva organized a special raffle for contributors, featuring prizes such as blessing dollars from the Rebbe, maps, and other personal items that belonged to the Rebbe. In addition to thousands of yeshiva students and alumni who contributed, many other supporters, including Jews who returned to religious life through the influence of the yeshiva, joined the campaign. The administration highlights that, as the largest Chabad yeshiva worldwide, it serves as a central hub for training emissaries. Many graduates serve as rabbis and emissaries across the globe, helping reconnect countless Jews with their heritage. The fundraising effort was preceded by a large gathering at Binyanei HaUma in Jerusalem, where roughly 2,000 Chabad followers attended a unique Hasidic gathering in memory of Rabbi Vilshansky, who passed away at the age of 74 in Adar. Rabbi Vilshansky led the yeshiva for nearly fifty years and founded additional educational institutions in Tzfat, Haifa, and the Galilee. The event was attended by alumni, rabbis, emissaries, influencers, Knesset members, and ministers, including Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak Isaac Landa, a former leader of the yeshiva in Tzfat. Following Rabbi Vilshansky’s will to expand the educational institutions, his sons and the administration announced the enlargement of the main yeshiva to 1,000 students and the smaller yeshiva to 500 students in the coming years. Rabbi Eliezer Vilshansky, one of the Rabbi’s sons and appointed to continue his work in Tzfat, urged all supporters to help sustain and grow the Chabad yeshiva, which has produced thousands of students serving as emissaries worldwide.
