Don't Deviate: Inspiration with Reb Shea Rubenstein. (Ep.19)

When I was 12-years-old, I was in 770 Eastern Pkwy. davening mincha when the Lubavitche Rebbe, zt"l, walked in. He gave me a nickle and instructed me to put it in the pushka. My first thought was to keep the coin as a souvenir for meeting the Rebbe, and place another nickle in the pushka. But then the Rebbe said something that taught me a valuable lesson: I want you to put that coin in the pushka. This taught me that when given a task, we must not deviate. We must bed direct and take care of it. When you are a shaliach, you must complete the task at hand and dont take it upon yourself to make changes
