Black bear finally falls from a tree after being tranquilized in an Albany, New York neighborhood. A crew was seen setting up netting and padding to prevent the bear from getting injured after being tranquilized. The bear was seen gripping the trunk before falling as the sedative drugs took effect. Residents say the bear was first noticed in the tree at 2 am. It wasn't until about noon that the bear was finally removed from the tree.
