This build was an experiment in precision, to see if a complex design could be cut cleanly and assembled without traditional tools. The goal was a functional knife where every part, from the stainless steel blade to the titanium handle, locks together as intended. ⚙️ About The Process: The blade is cut from hardened stainless steel, chosen for its edge retention. The handle parts are titanium, machined for a perfect fit. By carefully heating the titanium, we achieved these permanent, vibrant colors directly on the metal, with no paint or dye needed.
