תיאור
Take a behind-the-scenes look at the architectural design of a new Hasidic synagogue in Beit Shemesh, Israel.
This sacred space was designed for a historic Hasidic community, originally from Mea Shearim, Jerusalem. Facing major design challenges—including misaligned columns and acoustic disruptions—we created a harmonious design that blends tradition, spirituality, and the breathtaking landscape of the Galilee.
Key highlights:
Inspired by the legacy of the Baal HaBat Ayin from Safed (Tzfat)
Integration of antique-style metalwork and stone elements
A design that visually connects to Mount Meron and the Galilean hills
Unique features in both the men's and women's sections (including a weekday study hall)
Acoustic and visual innovations to enhance the prayer experience
🕍 Whether you're passionate about synagogue architecture, Jewish design, or sacred spaces—this project will inspire you.
