It started with barrel tastings in Herzog’s cellar, going crazy for the Russian River Chardonnay and Sonoma Albariño… “So what if we blend the two?!” Moishe exclaimed. And so, Joseph, Joe and Moishe got to work, settling on this white wine blend.
