Canelés are a classic French pastry with a crispy, caramelized shell and a rich, custardy interior. These mini cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful with their glossy exterior. While they can be a little tricky to make, they make for a wonderful weekend baking project! This video is by popular request and over a YEAR in the making! Canelé are actually really simple to make as long as you know ALL the tips and tricks including which typeof prep you need the the two different types of moulds.
