2016 is over. And its time to evaluate all of the phones I have tested on my channel during this year. It was a tough choice trying to pick the strongest smartphone of 2016. There were so many good phones this year. The weakest was pretty easy. ↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK TO SEE MORE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ And there were a few failures of smartphones to add to the mix as well. 2016 was a very interesting year, and I have High Hopes for 2017! Having a durable cell phone is important for the people who keep their phones longer than a year or two. Its important to get a phone that will last the test of time. ALSO its very important to always use a case and a screen protector on your device. I never recommend using your phone without protection. You might have noticed that I didn't say much about the Galaxy S7 Active. This was intentional as I do not think the S7 Active should be winning any awards. 1) It is exclusive to AT&T, which makes it hard to obtain. AND its 'shatter resistant' screen is just glass covered in plastic. So, im sure its a good phone. But I don't think its a contender for this particular video. --------------------------------------------------------- AWARDS: Most Durable: HTC 10 Honorable Mention: OnePlus 3 Least Durable: NextBit Robin Most Repairable: Google Pixel Honorable Mention: LG V20 Least Repairable: HTC 10 Most Innovative: Xiaomi Mi Mix Lease Innovative: iPhone 7 LG G5: Advertising Fail Note 7: A series of unfortunate events. ------------------------------------------------------------- HTC 10 Durability Video: https://youtu.be/cQ62ixgzhrI HTC 10 Teardown: https://youtu.be/T5uLJJnEHMk Nextbit Robin Durability Test: https://youtu.be/EU6Tv-OfXk0 Google Pixel Durability video: https://youtu.be/18nJ3hjUCTw Google PIxel Teardown: https://youtu.be/0tKNn_w3Yfk iPhone 7 Durability test: https://youtu.be/0vYfAqEyGV0 iPhone 7 Screen Repair: https://youtu.be/hIs6vLdHHKI Mi Mix Durability test: https://youtu.be/_CZj-l9MJmg Mi Mix Teardown: https://youtu.be/m5MkZC1uRZY LG G5 durability test: https://youtu.be/0GQ43cF5TuU LG G5 Teardown: https://youtu.be/SyP_cEpp2Zo Note 7 Durability test: https://youtu.be/571pu66vEBc Note 7 Teardown: https://youtu.be/x3Iz0SPy2Ic Note 7 Explosion video: https://youtu.be/_Cd2WIxKRDk LG V20 Durability video: https://youtu.be/nBlUL-7Dl4U LG V20 Teardown: https://youtu.be/KNgSDmkn96c One Plus 3 Durability test: https://youtu.be/8PZ8W_g6Vvk One Plus 3 Teardown: https://youtu.be/Hh_XgrcQ9oo Awesome Smart Phone Tool Kit: http://amzn.to/1XdJPuA Green Pry tool: http://amzn.to/1Tu57pI Phone opening metal tool: http://amzn.to/1WdOFv0 The camera I used to film this video: http://amzn.to/1IjlaCD The Lens I used for this video: http://amzn.to/1QOXDw2 And this Metabones adapter: http://amzn.to/1R7Ltic *Follow me for updates!* Instagram: http://instagram.com/zacksjerryrig Facebook: http://on.fb.me/1U4bQqv Twitter: https://twitter.com/ZacksJerryRig Snapchat: http://bit.ly/1UAb2Fq GooglePlus: https://bit.ly/1YyKice JerryRigEverything assumes no liability for property damage or injury incurred as a result of any of the information contained in this video.
