תרגום לעברית: "ברצוני לברך, את כל אלו שהתאספו כאן לכבודה של תורה, שיהיה להם רק טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות, שיזכו לנחת מהילדים, שתהיה להם פרנסה ובריאות... מי שיכול - וזה מסתדר לו בלו"ז - ללמוד, בשיעור, לקבוע עתים לתורה בבית הכנסת בכל עיר שהוא גר בה, או כאן בירושלים בבית המדרש, שישתדל ללמוד, רק אם הוא יכול. ושלכולם תהיה הצלחה בכל העניינים". אשרי העם שככה לו.
