This directive goes back to Rav Chaim Pinchos Scheinberg who instructed Rav Plutchok and Rav Rennert to open a Yeshiva and give your heart to the Talmidim. The current Roshei Yeshiva are now continuing that legacy that was started 47 years ago from a fledgling group of 8 bochurim into a Yeshiva that spans many different states and countries across the world
