Zos Chukas HaTorah 5736 (a Para Ma’amar) Class One. This class is on the ‘Biur’ (middle) of the Ma’amar, which links the ideas of A. לא ישבותו and B. חזקים כיום הבראם with the much much loftier idea of לא שניתי. The Rebbe explains how the two connect, the highest level of Havaya is above change and it shows itself especially (and exclusively) in the lowest level of Havaya that creates the lowest world.
