I can genuinely wear one of each and they sound so similar with two small differences Galaxy Buds seem to amplify a bit more, but you can adjust it! Apple cannot adjust. Go to the lowest setting and it sounds the most realistic and the most like airpods Galaxy Buds have a bit more white noise Wind noise DESIGN 2 colors vs one Case Case loop vs ability to stand upright Which looks better? Now they both charge with USB-C and wireless charging Earbuds Clean, round, and minimal vs geometric with blade light (optionally on) Wireless charging Magsafe/Qi/wireless vs just Qi/wireless Samsung took away phone charging? Fit Both are nearly identical Comfort Both are nearly identical Water resistance rating IPX4 on AirPods Controls Pinch and swipe for both, which is better? SOUND Dual amplifier and 2 way speaker, dynamic woofer and planar tweeter AAC/SBC/SSC for up to 24but/96kHz on Galaxy Buds AirPods are lossless with Vision Pro but otherwise use AAC (20 bit 48kHz) AdaptiveEQ Sound on GB is so much fuller, more natural, immersive, and lively. Bigger bass. It’s not perfect, but the dual amp setup makes a world of difference between the two. For sound, Samsung is a no brainer between the two AirPods are still good and sound nice with almost any genre. Less bass focused, more accented upper mids, but not much to complain about. I just wish I could adjust them more.
