Chanukkah is here, and so is our new video! I've always dreamed of writing a song about Chanukkah that goes beyond the miracle of the oil. It’s about the connection between בימים ההם and בּזמן הזה—the past and the present. Chanukkah reminds us that each and every one of us can be heroes in our time, just as the Maccabees stood strong in the face of overwhelming odds. Like the pure jar of oil that shone longer than expected, we too can shine brightly—far beyond what we think is possible. And even when we feel small or weak, we can achieve greatness and bring light to the world. Chanukkah teaches us that we all have the ability and strength to shine and win. Even when surrounded by darkness and challenges, we can be like that little jar of pure oil, or the Maccabee—shining against the odds, illuminating the world, and achieving victories we never imagined. This year, I’m thrilled to release a new video on this theme, created in collaboration with the amazing Shir V'Shevach Kids Choir. It’s a message of hope, strength, and light to carry with us through Chanukkah and beyond.
