We all know that every word of Torah has great (infinite) meaning. What could the end of Vayera (right after the Akaida) and the record of Nachor’s 12 sons, beyond the mention of Rivka’s birth?
The ChaZaL explains that all non-Jewish Prophets are Nachor’s children.
Beginning with the oldest, Utz, that this is Iyov!!!
These men (including Nachor) were incredibly great and merited Divine Inspiration, but they were not prefect.
The 4 sons of Reuma (the Pilegesh) are also great with different issues of their own: they cannot really live in the world.
So how great must Nachor have been; but he too was flawed.
