The lyrics are found in the Mussaf section of the Shabbos prayer and detail the offerings designated to the holy day of Shabbos.

וְאֶת מוּסַף יום הַשַּׁבָּת הַזֶּה. נַעֲשה וְנַקְרִיב לְפָנֶיךָ בְּאַהֲבָה כְּמִצְוַת רְצונֶךָ. כְּמו שֶׁכָּתַבְתָּ עָלֵינוּ בְּתורָתֶךָ עַל יְדֵי משֶׁה עַבְדֶּךָ מִפִּי כְבודֶךָ כָּאָמוּר: 

וּבְיום הַשַּׁבָּת. שְׁנֵי כְבָשים בְּנֵי שָׁנָה תְּמִימִם. וּשְׁנֵי עֶשרנִים סלֶת מִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן וְנִסְכּו. עלַת שַׁבַּת בְּשַׁבַּתּו עַל עלַת הַתָּמִיד וְנִסְכָּהּ:
