The Tshaba Niggun In 2012, on a cold winter night, in the studios of Naftali Schnitzler, the Schnitzler family united to celebrate R’ Michoel Schnitzler A"H album that was soon to be released, “Yu Di Kenst”. That night, after a farbreng and reminiscing on the “Tshaba Nigun” that was composed by our grandfather R' Shrage Shmiel, the Tshaba Ruv, who later lived in Jerusalem and was a Poel Yeshies. The family asked R' Michoel A"H to record it quickly. And so he did, with Naftali playing along with a very simple beat. Fast forward, and this year, in honor of the Yurtzeit of R' Michoel A"H’s petira, we opened those files and released the song for the world. R' Michoel A"H left a deep void in Klal Yisroel when he suddenly passed away last year and is missed by his family and thousands of fans around the world. May his memory be a blessing.
