Beautiful finishes with modern details through out. White stucco finish and wood cladding creates a perfect balance of modern exterior finish. Open floor plan through out really maximizes the use of the space as well as making the house flow from room to room. My favorite part of the home were the backyard space, guest house and the roof top deck. Considering its size, they made the best of backyard space by building an above ground pool. Guest house (Adu) was a big surprise as we realized house spacious it was. 3 bedroom 2 bath lay out made us feel like we were touring another home within the same lot. Rooftop was final touch that really took our breaths away. It is so high up that it clear all the neighbors around and gets a perfect view of the city through out. On a clear day you can easily see Downtown Los Angeles.
