On Sunday 27th November 2011, Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks delivered the keynote address at the International Conference of Chabad Shluchim. Close to 5,000 Chabad Shluchim attended the gala dinner in Brooklyn, New York to hear the Chief Rabbi recall the influence the Rebbe had on his life.
