Total cleaning of the roof intended for sealing and if necessary then also rinsing with water pressure. 2. Locate the hole / crack and stick a butyl sheet (see video) on the hole and make sure that it is completely covered and glued with a strong pressure and 2 layers of sealant are applied to the roofs. 3. Of course it should only be applied on a completely dry roof which is very important! And only then apply a first coat and after 24 hours a second coat, can be applied with a roller or brush.
