Two clients of ours had water dripping down into the floor below. One from a bathroom and another from a roof. In both situations there was an issue with the drain lines: one had a protruding gasket and another had holes drilled inside.

Instead of busting open walls, creating mess and interrupting their daily routine we repaired the pipes surgically with a CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) repair.
