In this traditional outdoor cooking adventure, a unique volcano-shaped clay and stone oven is built from natural materials — mountain rocks, clay, straw, and wood. Once the structure is heated with a large fire, massive lamb ribs are marinated with garlic, pomegranate syrup, honey, and fresh herbs. The ribs are carefully stuffed with a rich mixture of bulgur and vegetables before being sealed inside the volcano oven to roast slowly over the heat of the fire.
